1. Who we are
YachtListing (“we”, “us”) operates yachtlisting.com, a platform where owners and brokers publish yachts for sale or charter and buyers contact them directly. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Listings
You may list a yacht free of charge. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing — including price, specifications, photos and ownership status — and must have the right to offer the vessel. We may edit, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful or violate these terms.
3. We are not a party to transactions
YachtListing is an advertising and lead-routing platform. We are not a broker, dealer or escrow agent, and we are not a party to any sale or charter concluded between users. We do not verify vessels, conduct surveys or guarantee any listing. Always carry out your own inspection and due diligence before purchasing or chartering.
4. Accounts & paid plans
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Paid plans (such as Broker Pro) are billed monthly or annually and start with a 30-day free trial; you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not post false or misleading listings, scrape or bulk-download the site, misuse contact details obtained through the platform, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
6. Content licence
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it (including to syndication partners you enable) for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from transactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes & contact
